Will Hay has practiced civil engineering in the Lowcountry since 2010, in private practice and in the Air Force. Before founding WCH Consulting he managed due diligence, design, permitting and construction support at several large firms, on work ranging from residential subdivisions to industrial facilities in eleven states.
He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Citadel and is a licensed professional engineer in South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina. He also serves as a civil engineer officer in the Air Force Reserve, with RED HORSE deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. WCH Consulting opened to clients in 2025 and is an SBA-certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
